Construction at the subdivision known as the "Miles Farm" is well underway. This community is very large and will have over 1000 homes when its complete. There will be several different home communities to build homes for every different price point buyers are looking for. There was a lot of controversy with the initial development plans as it is very large parcel of land. However, in the end it did pass with significant modification from the original plans. The full site plan includes large parks, common area, trails, community aquatic are, proposed sports venue, commercial space, and a fire department. These homes will begin selling in 2023.
