This subdivision is located between Danville and Avon in the area of 100 North, and 425 East. All the homes will have Danville addresses, but the East side of the subdivision will be Avon Schools, and the West side will be Danville Schools. This community will be connected to the Four Oaks Community, which are built by the same builder. A total of 273 homes will be built.
