Four Oaks subdivision is located on the far West side of Avon on Old 36. The homes feature many nice standard features, such as Hardie Plank siding. The community has a pool, ponds, playground, and walking trails. The location is great because it's a short drive to Danville or Avon, but not caught up in the high traffic areas like other subdivisions are.
