Easton Grey in Avon is expected to break ground in 2022 or 2023. This is a massive 500 acre development that will offer a wide variety of housing options. This will include 5 different neighborhoods including the centralized community area called the Riverwalk District. The Riverwalk District area will have apartments, townhomes, about 100,000 square feet of commercial space, and should serve is a “downtown” area for Avon. Since Avon was only established in the late 90s it does not have a true downtown identity like older towns have.

On the housing front, in this large development you will see a wide variety of neighborhoods that appeal to different demographics such as apartments, townhomes, single family, empty nesters, and luxury homes. Prices are expected to range from $300,000 to $1,000,000. There are existing trails that connect to this area making it a natural expansion of the current trail system.
