Fairwood Subdivision - Plainfield/Avon Indiana

The Fairwood community is located off Dan Jones Road between Avon and Plainfield. Although this community has Plainfield addresses, the kids attend Avon Schools because it is located in Washington Township. The homes in this subdivision are priced in the $400,000-$500,000 range and built by DR Horton. It's expected that as the land is developed to the North there will be connectivity to Avon High School (see picture below). The location is nice because residents are close to both Avon and Plainfield amenities.
